So, it may seem contrary to be posting about minimalism and a 20 item closet limit per daughter, while at the same time promoting brands I love.

BUT, I’ve found that one of the keys to having less clothes for toddlers is picking out items that truly last.  Ones that they can wear 1x or 2x per week and will withstand all the washes, stain removal spray-downs and still look beautiful and retain their quality.

Organic Cotton Everyday Dresses

My absolute favorite brand of of easy cotton dresses for Adeline and Aria is Winter Water Factory.

Why?  A lot of organic cotton clothing immediately fades after the 1st wash, and after a few weeks, starts to look really grungy.

Winter Water Factory holds up better than anything I’ve purchased, and the colors and prints are just so much fun.  Addie currently has two dresses she has worn at least 1x per week for 1.5 years, and they still look almost brand new.  Plus, these dresses just make me happy!  (And Addie loves them too) 🙂

Take a look at the new Spring 2015 line.  Plus, a lot of it is inspired by Scandinavian patterns.  They literally know my heart.

And if this new little nugget is a boy, you can bet he’ll be rocking a car layette and galaxy romper.
